News about tap-it and our software

We are preparing to release our 17th Edition update for Electrical Inspector the release schedule is as follows:

Stage 1: scheduled for the second week of July: BS7671 Installation, BS7671 Minor Works and BS7671 Periodic. These forms are suitable for ECA, NAPIT and ELECSA members and for people not governed by the Part P regulations

Stage 2: scheduled for the end of July: Domestic Installer (Purple) Installation and Minor Works. The program prints on the NICEIC's pre-printed purple certificates, as it has done for the last two years

Stage 3: scheduled for the end of August: Enrolled Contractor (Red) Installation, Minor Works, Periodic, Domestic Installation and Domestic Periodic. The program prints on the NICEIC's pre-printed red certificates, as it has done for the last 5 years For more information on the update and installation instructions see here...

Updates and latest news...


The e-commerce section of our new web site will be live in mid October

  • In the very near future we will be releasing issue 8.05 of Electrical Inspector which will contain some corretions and one or two new features, inculding the NICEIC Fire Alarm Certificate (FHR2)


  • An updated version of our Palm based Planned Maintenence Management program will also be released during October.


  • In addition new product aimed at recording PAT test results will be added to the catalogue in October. That product is designed for use with a recently introduced PAT test instrument.


  • We have released our Adobe Acrobat 7 and 8 fix which is on the website as Version 7.80.


    •
